Tattoo was done in February 13th,2012 at Pokhara Tattoo Moon's Ink. At This Time Studio was in Amarsingh Chowk at 1st floor in building of Fewa Finance. 

A Tattoo Client is Ajay Thakur.He is around  35 years old man originally from Delhi,India.He came Nepal to visit and for Praying religious places of Nepal like Pashupati Temple, Mukti Nath Temple, Manakamana Temple etc. Many more.He feels Tattoo is cheaper and good quality.He was very Happy after Tattooing Lord Shiva in his Arm.
